Hotel Zlatni bor is located on the regional road connecting Žabljak – Pljevlja, 2 km from the center of Žabljak. Žabljak is the highest town in the Balkans (1456 meters above sea level). Located in the very center of the Durmitor mountain range, Žabljak is the most desirable destination for both summer and winter tourism. Near it is the deepest canyon in Europe, and the second largest in the world, the magnificent canyon of the Tara River. This small town, in the north of Montenegro, is surrounded by 18 glacial lakes and 23 mountain peaks over 2200 meters above sea level.
